Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return or exchange requests can be placed by emailing us at support@aryadesigngallery.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9662585981 for approval. Please mention the details of your order and include two pictures of the product for quick approval from our end. Any product self-shipped/returned without prior return/exchange approval will not be considered.

Refunds in case of a return will be processed either to the original payment method used for the purchase or to the account details provided by you at the time of the refund request.

Exchanges: If you select an item with a higher value than the item you're exchanging, we will request the price difference. If the value is lower, we will refund the difference.

After receiving confirmation for the return/exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days at no additional cost.

We usually receive the product within 6-7 days. Upon receiving it, within 2-3 days we will issue the refund or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met.

If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternatives or issue a refund for the same. Once your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 10-15 business days.

The entire process usually takes 10-15 business days.

Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Prior approval through Email or WhatsApp.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The product should not have been used or damaged.

The product must include original tags.

Replacement in Case of Damages or Defects

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a possibility that:

The item may be damaged during transit.

There might be a manufacturing defect.

A wrong item is delivered to you.

In such cases, we will replace the item provided the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time frame within 7 days of delivery as mentioned above.

Self-Shipping for Return or Exchange

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us at the address below within 7 days of raising the return request and receiving approval. Please include the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.
